the location was convenient with a bus stop directly outside for easy access to the train stations the hotel's integration with a nursing home created a unique and heartwarming atmosphere it was lovely seeing the elderly residents interact the breakfast offered a great variety of options.

the room had quiet surroundings and comfortable accommodations it featured a balcony with beautiful mountain views the room design considered the needs of elderly guests so everything was accessible and well kept.

the location was acceptable, near transport links.
the room lacked basic amenities like a fridge. i also disliked the shared breakfast area, it was with residents from a care home. this made it less relaxing.

Uneven Stay , Some Issues
unsupportive pillowsbetter climate control
The lack of air conditioning MADE the room quite uncomfortable , especially during warmer days. I found it difficult to regulate the temperature. Also , the pillows provided were not supportive enough for me , and I experienced some neck discomfort. These issues impacted my overall sleep quality . I wish there were firmer pillow options available , and that the room had better climate control.

the sauna was better than expected.
I didn't know this hotel shared space with a care home. the breakfast area was shared with care home residents. there was no public area to relax in, and i only got one day of free wi-fi.

The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast included many choices, which i appreciated. I also liked that good bikes were available for hire. It was nice to have easy access to destinations by train.
The hotel rooms were small. There was also no kettle or tea bags provided in the room. I also noticed there were no slippers for the washroom. This was not ideal.

the location is acceptable it is a short walk from the town center.
i found a surprise charge of chf 40, and i did not appreciate it. the room lacked air conditioning. the room was stuffy and warm as a result.
